My Slcor System PV Production and System Issues
Many factors can impact system production, including external conditions (i.e., weather, shaded solar panels), utility grid, or other system errors.
Not all errors or error codes imply a production problem.
For more information regarding your system’s production and communication, please follow the steps below.
Please note: The system doesn't produce at night time.
For Slcor inverters without an LCD screen:
1、Look for the LED indicator light at the bottom of the inverter
2、Look for the green LED: when it is on, the system is producing power, if it is flashing, this means the inverter has AC power and is in Standby mode.
3、Look to see if the blue LED on: when this is on, the system is communicating (sending data to mySolarEdge and the monitoring platform)
For inverters with an LCD display
Press and quickly release the green button to activate the LCD screen, repeat until the screen appears.
S_OK indicates that the system is communicating (sending data to mySolarEdge and the monitoring platform)
P_OK indicates that the inverter is communicating with the Power Optimisers.
Pac [XX] indicates the nominal value of production in watts.
If there is an issue with your system’s production please contact your installer:
in most cases, your installer will be able to provide the best solution for your issue.
Do not attempt to repair the inverter or Power Optimisers.
Contact a SolarEdge-certified installer or qualified electrician. While our systems are compliant with all safety regulations, handling electrical equipment and components requires a certified installer or a qualified electrician.
